Policies
Age Limits:
You must be 16 years or older to register for the conference
and exhibits. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed in sessions
or in the exhibit hall.
Audio/Video
Recording: Photographic, audio and video recording of the convention
without NAB permission is prohibited. Special permits are available
onsite in the following locations:
Attendees Registration, Chantilly Foyer
Exhibitors Registration, Chantilly Foyer
Journalists Newsroom, Emerald
Security
Procedures
Photo ID is required to pick-up badges on-site. For security reasons
all attendees must pick up their own badges.
Refunds/Cancellations:
To receive a refund, cancellation must be made in writing and mailed
to NAB by September 1, 2006. The following administrative fee will
apply: Full Conference - $100. Event tickets are non-refundable.

NAB reserves
the right to cancel any programs and assumes no responsibility for
personal expenses.
Substitutions/Replacements:
There is a $20 fee for substitutions. There is a $50 fee for
badge replacements.
NAB Member
Registration: Registering at the NAB Member rate is subject
to membership verification by the NAB.
Data Collection:
By registering for The NAB Radio Show® you consent to the NAB's
collection and storage of the data on the registration form in the
United States.
