What is your Exhibitor ID and Password?

Request your Exhibitor User ID and Password to be emailed to logistics contact on file.

I want to hire another company to set up my booth. Can I do that?

Yes, Exhibiting companies utilizing the services of an EAC (Exhibitor Appointed Contractors) –are required to submit an EAC work authorization form. Following this the EAC is required to submit proof of insurance.

Need to request a Visa Letter of Invitation?

International Exhibitors are able to request a letter of invitation when they register as booth personnel. Exhibitor Registration will be open in mid-June.
