Onsite Exhibit Services
It is NAB's goal to make this show as smooth and painless as possible. To assist you onsite there are many services available.
Parking
- Parking is available at prevailing rates in parking lots and towers surrounding the Charlotte Convention Center.
- The Westin Charlotte hotel offers more than 1,600 spaces, conveniently located adjacent to the Charlotte Convention Center, currently $16.00 / day for self-parking.
- Additionally, metered parking is available along many of the main streets in Center City. The majority of parking garages allow free parking after 5:00 pm.

Equipment Passes
It is NAB's policy to prohibit the removal of any equipment or materials (other than attendees carrying personal belongings) from the exhibit floor at any time without first obtaining an equipment pass. Exhibitors who will be removing anything from the hall must first stop by the Exhibit Management Office to obtain an Equipment Pass. Show Management or their designated representative must sign off on all Equipment Passes. Equipment passes are required during move-in, move-out and show days. This policy will be strictly enforced at all times and exists for your protection and product security.
Exhibit Management Office
The NAB exhibit staff will be available to meet exhibitors and handle special concerns, problems, logistical needs and exhibit inquiries. The office is located on the meeting room level across from the Grand Stair Case in room 211A. The office will be open:
- Tuesday, September 25 – Friday, September 28 8:00am – 6:00pm
(Office will close at 3:00pm on Friday, September 28)
Exhibit Service Desk
To assist exhibitors on-site, The NAB Radio Show official contractors will staff a service desk in the back left corner of the exhibit floor. The desk will be open from September 24-28. Exhibitors may follow-up with advance orders at this desk or order the following on-site services and products:

- Cleaning
- Custom Exhibit Services
- Decoration/Furnishings
- Display Rental Units
- Freight Handling/Storage

First Aid
The First Aid Station is located on the exhibit hall level. The First Aid Station will be open Wednesday-Friday, September 26-28, 2007.
Food Service
There are numerous restaurants within a short walk distance of the Charlotte Convention Center in addition to the hotel restaurants in both the Westin and Hilton hotels.
