Rules & Regulations

Understanding the show rules and regulations is vital for an exhibitor to have a successful show. To help all exhibitors understand the many rules and regulations which apply to this show, we encourage all exhibitors to read the guidelines in the exhibitor manual (available in July) along with the applicable frequently asked questions.

Exhibitors who wish to vary from these established rules are required to submit a Booth Variance Request. We will make every effort to work with exhibitors to accommodate current or anticipated booth designs while trying to ensure every exhibitor has the same opportunities.

After Hours Passes will not be available for The NAB Radio Show 2007. No exhibitors will be allowed on the show floor from 9:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.
