Registration Rates & Show Policies
*Important Notice
Online Pre-Registration will end at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, September 21st. After 9:00 a.m. on the 21st, NAB will still be accepting fax registrations which can be sent to (301) 694-5124. Faxed registrations sent before 5:00 p.m. on the 21st will be eligible for the discounted registration rate. Registration will also be available on–site beginning Tuesday, September 25th at 3:00 p.m. and will continue for the duration of the show.

Full Conference Registration includes all NAB Radio Show and R&R Convention sessions, the Radio Show Technical Program, Exhibits, Exhibit Hall Events and one ticket to the Radio Luncheon. Marconi tickets are not included.
Exhibits Only/Guest Pass Registration Includes access to the Exhibit Hall, Exhibit Floor Events and the Meet and Greet Reception.
Spouse must not be involved in the industry, must be accompanied by Full Conference registration, and includes the same benefits. |

Show Policies
Age Limits
You must be 16 years or older to register for the conference and exhibits. No one under the age of 16 will be allowed in sessions or in the exhibit hall.
Audio/Video Recording
Photographic, audio and video recording of the convention without NAB permission is prohibited. Special permits are available onsite in the following locations:
Attendee & Exhibitor Registration, Second Street Concourse, Street
Level
Journalists Newsroom: 211-B
Security Procedures
Photo ID is required to pick-up badges on-site. For security reasons all attendees must pick up their own badges.
Refunds/Cancellations
To receive a refund, cancellation must be made in writing and mailed to NAB by September 7, 2007. The following administrative fee will apply: Full Conference - $100.
Event tickets are non-refundable.

Substitutions/Replacements
There is a $20 fee for substitutions. There is a $50 fee for badge replacements.
NAB Member Registration
Registering at the NAB Member rate is subject to membership verification by the NAB.
Data Collection
By registering for The NAB Radio Show® you consent to the NAB's collection and storage of the data on the registration form in the United States.
